1. Program Overview

Menuocity provides an SMS marketing platform for restaurants. When you interact with a Menuocity-powered restaurant, you may receive SMS/MMS messages including promotional offers, special deals, order updates, and other marketing messages from that restaurant.

2. How You Opt In (Consent)

You consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS marketing messages from a restaurant by:

Placing an online order: When you place an order through a Menuocity-powered restaurant website and provide your phone number, you consent to receive promotional SMS messages from that restaurant.
Texting a keyword: By texting a keyword such as JOIN or YES to a restaurant's SMS number.
Website sign-up: By entering your phone number in an SMS sign-up form on a restaurant's website.
In-store sign-up: By providing your phone number in-store with verbal or written consent to receive text messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can continue to place orders without opting in to SMS messages.

            Message Frequency
            Message frequency varies by restaurant. You may receive up to 8 messages per month per restaurant.
            
            Message & Data Rates
            Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

3. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive:

STOP
CANCEL
END
QUIT
UNSUBSCRIBE

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from that restaurant. You may opt back in at any time by texting START or YES.

4. Help

For help or questions about the SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive, or contact us using the information below.

5. Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via standard SMS/MMS and are compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Phone numbers collected through our platform are used solely for the purpose of sending SMS messages on behalf of the restaurant you interacted with. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
